विश्व पर्यावरण दिवस (5 जून)
1. विश्व पर्यावरण दिवस पर्यावरण की सुरक्षा और संरक्षण हेतु मनाया जाता है।2. विश्व पर्यावरण दिवस 5 जून को पुरे विश्व में मनाया जाता है।
3. इस दिवस को संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा द्वारा 1972 में घोषित किया गया था।
4. 5 जून 1974 को पहला विश्व पर्यावरण दिवस मनाया गया था।
5. इस दिवस पर हर साल 143 से अधिक देश भाग/हिस्सा लेते हैं।
6. मानव और पर्यावरण हमेशा एक दूसरे पर निर्भर होते हैं।
7. इसका मुख्य उद्देश्य प्रकृति की रक्षा के लिए जागरूकता फैलाना है।
8. इस दिवस पर स्कूल, कॉलेज और कार्यालयों में पर्यावरण से संबंधित महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी दी जाती है।
9. इस दिन स्कूल, कॉलेज और कार्यालयों आदि द्वारा वृक्षारोपण किया जाता है।
10. पर्यावरण की रक्षा करना सभी मनुष्यों का कर्तव्य है।
