1. Tell me about yourself.

Good morning sir/ma'am, firstly I would like you to thank for giving me this chance to introduce myself in front of you. I am Pankaj. I'm coming from Delhi. I have completed my graduation and post-graduation in Mg university. My strength is I am self-motivated hard working honest and people friendly person simultaneously my weak point is that I am not able to say no for any work and don't like if my group member doesn't work with punctuality. My aim is to get a good job in a reputed company like yours where I can utilize my knowledge and skills.  My hobbies are playing cricket web searching. I am a smart worker & Quick learner by nature. About my family background, there are 4 member in my family. My father is an electrician, my mother is a homemaker.

2. Why should I hire you?

As a fresher, I need to platform to prove myself. If you give me a chance, then I will definitely give my 100% efforts for the growth of this company.

3. Why do you want to work at our company?

It's a great opportunity to work with your company. As a fresher I need the best platform to convert my educational skills into practical skills and your company is providing me with this platform.

4. What are your strengths and weaknesses?

My strengths are hard work, honest, discipline, punctual.
My weakness is short temper. But now I am doing work on it to control.

5. Can you work under pressure?

If you work with full confidence and with full concentration in all situation then there will be no pressure of work.

6. Are you willing to relocate or travel?

Yes, sir, I have no problem about relocation if company offer it to me, relocation is the best time to learn new people and their cultures.

7. How do you feel about working nights and weekends?

As I'm a fresher. Company's growth is obviously employee’s growth. Whenever company needs me, I will be there either night shift or weekend.

8. What is the difference between confidence and over confidence?

I will do it is confidence.
Only I can do it is over confidence.

9. What are your goals?

My short-term goal is to get a good job in a well reputed company like yours and My long-term goal is through hard work get a higher position in that company.

10. What is the difference between hard work and smart work?

Hard work is a physical work and smart work is a logical work for human.

11. What makes you angry?

When I come to know that the person whom I trusted the most lied to me, I’ll get angry!

12. Are not you overqualified for this position?

No, mam I don't think so. Because there is lot to learn in this world. So, I can never be overqualified, yes, I can be qualified in particular fields. So, this position is like another field.

13. How long would you expect to work for us if hired?

as per my searching, I think you will provide me ample growth of opportunities in future. So as long as company satisfied with my work and I am satisfied with career growth. Definitely I will continue working.

14. Tell me something about our company.

As per my knowledge, your company is fast growing, a well-reputed company in the market, employee oriented and also your company provides lots of opportunity in future and well-defined adaptable atmosphere.

15. Are not you overqualified for this position?

No, mam I don't think so. Because there is lot to learn in this world. So, I can never be overqualified, yes, I can be qualified in particular fields. So, this position is like another field.

16. Would you lie for the company?

It depends on the situation, but it should not have affect company's reputation and others.

17. Where do you see yourself five years from now?

I see myself in a respectable position and that day you will definitely feel proud for selecting me in your organisation.

Creativity is how we can improve the existing thing or present a thing in a better way.
