1. Why did you resign from your previous job?

First, I would thank my previous organization because they have given me opportunity work for this organization and I learn lots of things like time management work under pressure etc, I am looking for better career prospects, professionally and financially growth and work opportunity that's why I resign my previous job.

2. Why have you been out of work so long?
I had a some family problem, so I went to my hometown to resolve the problem, now it gone resolved. Now, I want to join in a company to start my career.

3. Why have you had so many jobs?
When you walk through a ladder you have to climb one stair and leave the previous one to go through your target just like I have changed so many jobs to achieve my reach at your company.

4. Could you have done better in your last job?
Yes, sir, no one is perfect in this world I did mistakes in my previous job but I learned many things by doing so. Mistakes will lead us to a better person, the only thing we have to keep in mind is that we should not repeat the same mistake.

5. May I contact your present employer for a reference?

My company is not aware that I'm looking for other opportunities, I will be gladly giving you the reference once I get selected for this job as my records are very clears.

6. Tell me honestly about the strong points and weak points of your boss.

I have observed and learnt from him are that he is an excellent motivator, too energetic, be punctual, open-minded and smart hard worker. He never asked anyone why he or she is getting leave, he always asks when you require a leave. In negative point, I am not the right person to find out the negative point of my manager.

7. Why should I hire you from the outside when I could promote someone from within?

Hiring from outside brings new talent, new ideas and a new strategy to do things to your company. Also, new employed are more energetic. Also, hiring from outside is just like upgrading to new technology.

8. How do you feel about reporting to a younger person?

Being an employee, I have report higher authority. Higher position depending on skill, talent, ability and knowledge etc. Not dependent on age so sincerely I will report.

9. Looking back, what would you do differently in your life?

Everything that happens in our life has a cause be it good or bad. What is done is done. I would not change anything because good things have always encouraged me to do better and my mistakes and failures have helped me improve myself.

10. What was the toughest challenge you have ever faced?

Tough & easy is depends on our mindset. So, when we think about challenge is tough that time, we face the toughest situation. During that time, we think positively that time will never come the toughest challenge. So, I don't face the toughest challenge. Hear after also I will not face the toughest challenge. Everything will be our mindset.

11. How could you have improved your career progress?

I could improve my career with self-analysis to do better than the last one and prepare for new challenges and opportunities in my life.

12. Do you have any question for me?

I would like to ask one question, can you suggest me what should I improve? How was my overall performance? Where did I lack?
